When it comes to the preparation and organization of rehabilitation measures in the clinics of the Wicker Group, we hope you will allow us to assist you.

Generally speaking, the application should be sent to our Service Centre, where all of your questions relating to admission can be answered.

To simplify matters at the contact and advance information stage, medical documents can be sent by post or by fax. (A registration form <Link> in PDF format can be downloaded here.) After receiving your documentation we will contact you, or the attending doctors at the acute clinic, to arrange a date for admission.

The Westend Neurological Clinic, Bad Wildungen, is acknowledged by cost-bearers such as the health insurance funds or the German pension insurers as a cooperation partner and a service provider.

We will agree to settle all costs incurred in our clinic directly with the cost-bearer.

The referring doctor also often wishes to contact the hospital medical staff directly to convey medical information from colleague to colleague, or draw attention to matters of greater urgency. The contact persons for referring doctors are the senior physicians within the clinic, who can always be contacted via the senior physician secretariat.

Generally speaking, it is also possible to accommodate relatives within the clinic area, thereby enabling closer cooperation with the therapeutics. Relatives can even be taken on a tour of the clinic before admission of the patient, as a means of informing themselves about the methods of treatment available (registration at the reception).
